Tandem Zone Ltd

Anyone who undertakes a skydive experience under our Free Charity Jumps scheme is fully responsible for raising the minimum amount laid out on the Free Charity Jump page on this website, and is also solely responsible for ensuring that they pay all monies to Tandem Zone Ltd (deposit), the relevant parachute centre  (cost of jump) and the charity (balance of money raised after paying for the skydive experience).

If purchasing a skydiving experience for yourself then you are solely responsible for paying the required deposit to Tandem Zone Ltd and the balance of the cost to the relevant parachute centre on or before the day of the jump.

When purchasing gift vouchers the full cost of the jump must be paid at the time of purchase. This payment includes Tandem Zone Ltd's non refundable booking fee with the balance reflecting the fee payable to the relevant parachute centre for training and the jump itself. All vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and non refundable, but can be transferred to another person for a fee of £50

If the weather is unsuitable on the day of the booking then all further re-booking of dates will be handled directly by the relevant parachute centre.

All quoted prices for "Full Accelerated Free Fall" and "Full Accelerated Free Fall + Consolidation Jumps" packages do not include the cost of any repeat jumps an individual may have to do as a result of failing a level.  Negotiation and payment for all costs associated with such a repeat will be a transaction between the student and the parachute centre in question.

If an individual needs to change or cancel an existing booking Tandem Zone Ltd reserves the right to apply a fee of £50. This is in addition to the standard prices indicated on this website.

Tandem Zone Ltd will endeavour to meet all of your booking requirements with regard to date and location, but due to the popularity of the sport this may not always be possible and alternative dates and locations may have to be offered.

Tandem Zone Ltd undertakes to only use parachute centres affiliated to the British Parachute Association (BPA) which is the National Governing Body for the sport in the United Kingdom. As a result Tandem Zone Ltd makes no warranties or representations with regard to the suitability, capability, quality of training or operation of any parachute centre. The relevant parachute centre is the point of contact for any queries or complaints with regard to these matters.
